Judah Mendez

Judah is the MERL Specialist supporting a portfolio of federally funded programs under our Regional Engagement & Impact team. He aids in the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs revolving around eradication of Gender Based Violence on a global scale as well as supporting survivor centered approaches for conflict related sexual violence and transitional justice in the Europe & Eurasia region.

Judah comes to VV from organizations providing humanitarian aid to migrants, asylum seekers, refugees, and victims of torture and has a long history of coordinating multi-disciplinary teams in quickly-growing programs. His experience includes direct service work, gaining him valuable perspective, but he focuses primarily on back-end support and management of programs that uplift vulnerable populations.
