To forge a brighter future, Rising Voices invests in those who will craft it. Although they are often more civically and politically engaged than their elders, the ideas of girls and young women are frequently discounted. The initiatives under Rising Voices respond to this, supporting early interventions to develop the leadership potential of women leaders aged 25 and under. Our tailored programming offers training, mentorship, and social-impact funding to support Rising Voices fellows as current and future changemakers and leaders by helping them gain the tools and support systems to flourish on the global stage.
Current Rising Voices initiatives focus on the United States and Latin America – Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, and Peru.

Grassroots Voices
Grassroots Voices is a 7-week program that supports young women leaders who are implementing community-focused projects in the United States. We give them the training and resources to level up and make their vision a reality. Participants have implemented projects focused on access to hygiene products, sleep health, environmental justice, and other key issue areas of the twenty-first century.
Voices that Inspire
We know that young women and girls are needed to solve the world’s most pressing challenges, and it is important to create an enabling environment for their leadership to grow. The Voices that Inspire program, a partnership with Procter & Gamble, supports young women leaders in Latin America who are dedicated to making a positive impact in their community and beyond.
The Rajendra Foundation Social Impact Fund
The Rajendra Foundation Social Impact Fund incubates young women leader’s big, bold, untested ideas. By providing grants to young women leaders, the Rajendra Foundation is creating a cultural shift to invest in and amplify the ideas of young women, further unlocking their leadership potential.
Rising Voices High School Clubs
Rising Voices High School Clubs are a unique opportunity for high school leaders within the DC metro area to amplify their community impact. These clubs focus on collective action, where club members come together to support a grassroots cause and develop their leadership capacity. Each club is led by a Rising Voices Youth Delegate.
