Suhasini Empathetic

Suhasini Empathetic is a seasoned professional in education, training, and nonprofit management. As the Relationships Head at Sarthak Foundation, she plays a crucial role in donor management, fundraising, and event organization. With a vision of creating Happy Empowered Children the foundation reaches out to children living in urban slums and villages, helping them become self-sustainable through education, socio-emotional strengthening, and skill development. By addressing SDG 4 (Quality Education), Sarthak Foundation’s projects – Yellow Rooms, Yellow SLATEs & Sarthak Gurukul, impact over 8,000 children across Uttar Pradesh, providing them with holistic education. As a mindfulness practitioner, Suhasini has led programs on emotional regulation and stress management in schools, emphasizing holistic development. Her diverse career, supported by a B.Ed. and a postgraduate diploma in advanced computing, reflects her deep commitment to education and empowerment. What really drives Suhasini is her belief that by helping others and making positive changes in society, she not only improves their lives but also makes her own life better. She feels that giving and receiving, inspiring and being inspired, creates a cycle that keeps her motivated to keep working for the changes she wants to see.
