Shraddha Kadam

Shraddha Kadam is a Founder and Secretary of N.Y.A.A.S.S. (Nityah Youth Association for Awakening of Self and Society). She has completed her Masters in Social Work, SPPU and has been working in this field for past 6 years. She looks after the operations of the organization along with it’s finances and public relations. N.Y.A.A.S.S. believes in holistic development of students going beyond the regular academic learning. The organization focuses on various tools such as classroom infrastructure, teachers’ training & parents’ involvement in the holistic development of a child and has been working in 3 communities of Pune for past 6 years with more than 100 students. N.Y.A.A.S.S. is also working for Cybersecurity awareness in association with Cyber Cell, Pune. We are also going through an incubation programme at ATMA. The mission statement of N.Y.A.A.S.S. is ‘to empower people with integral education for realization of Self and well being of the nation’.
