About Nicole:
Nicole is the Founder and CEO of Ms. Brafit Limited, a social enterprise focused on women’s health and specifically breast health. Ms. Brafit offers solutions for women, girls, medical practitioners and women in treatment.They offer educational programming on bra fittings, breast care consultations, post-surgical bra fittings (mastectomy, elective surgeries, lumpectomies or investigative surgical procedures), retail solutions, educational programming (corporate, industry, grassroots and schools), professional consultancy and policy development and design. Nicole is also the founder of MBF Enterprises Ltd (Making Business FUN-ctional), which focuses on ideation and innovative business model development through a 90 day experimental mentorship model. She also established the Two Cups of Care Women’s Program, which offers support solutions for women and girls with a focus on building awareness of the effects of gender-based violence. Nicole has experience in marketing, sales, business development, and public speaking. Her strengths are networking and collaborating. She was a 2015 Vital Voices Lead Fellow and studied at UWI ROYTEC and St. George’s College in Trinidad & Tobago.

Nicole hopes to enhance operational skills, prepare the business for scaling, and strengthen human resources.

Nicole can offer other fellows motivation and encouragement. She can also share knowledge about business development, finding impact actions and social impact. She has knowledge of coaching to help people understand dynamics that encourage businesses and ideas to flourish.
