Esther Ebis is the CEO and Founder of  Bequeenz Beauty, a blueprint company shifting beauty culture & shaping conversations around green beauty consciousness for a more profitable & circular economic growth. This is achieved through the manufacturing and selling of sustainable and innovative skincare products that build self-esteem, empower local female farmers, and teach young female undergraduates business skills. 5% of the company’s profits support programs for underserved female undergraduates, youth in-need, and help to create smarter cities through tree planting and recycling initiatives.

Ebis holds a Bachelors degree in Earth Science, is a 2x certified UN women empowered trainee, and is currently a Mastercard Fellow with a professional business certification from DUNIN-DESHPANDE INNOVATION CENTRE at Queen’s University.
