Best Ndlovu is one of the co-founders of The Philanthropy Trust, a charity organization with an initiative working with children, young people living and working on the streets, and homeless teenage mothers in challenging conditions that leaves them hopeless. Her vision is to empower them to see a second chance in their lives, regain their educational goals, access vocational training skills for self-sustenance, and unlock their full potential.

Ndlovu is currently working with Scripture Union Zimbabwe’s social response department which supports marginalized and vulnerable groups living in the streets and in slums. She is a Development Practitioner with experience and leadership roles in the development sector, and a background in Policy Development, Child Protection, Program Design, Monitoring and Evaluation, and account management. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Public Policy and Development Management and a Bachelor of Social Science Honours Degree in Development Studies from Lupane State University
