Through our Civil Societies program, Vital Voices is growing a globally integrated network of Iranian women who have the capacity to advance issues of women's economic progress and empowerment. Vital Voices will assess participants’ needs and develop a training program around those needs. This program will strengthen the capacity of women leaders, expand the network of women leaders, and integrate these women into a global network of advocates. These women will be empowered with new skills and support networks to take their work forward.
